What counts as one credit?+
One page Rekod reads. A receipt photo is one credit. A 3-page bank statement is three.
What happens if I go over my limit?+
Rekod keeps your extra receipts safe and tells you. Top up, or they process at the start of next month.
Do you charge in dollars?+
No. You pay in naira, from ₦5,000 for one month. Card and bank transfer both work.
Does my plan renew automatically?+
No. You pay once for 1, 3 or 12 months. We email you before your plan ends, and you decide whether to pay again.
Do I save with a longer plan?+
Yes. 3 months costs 10% less than 3 single months. 12 months costs about 17% less, so you get 2 months free.
Can I stop?+
Yes. There is nothing to cancel. Stop paying and your plan ends with the period you paid for. Export your receipts, ledger and tax packs before it ends.
