The service
Rekod reads your receipts and bank statements, keeps your books and prepares tax packs. LANKIRIX AUTOMATION LTD provides it.
Tax figures
Rekod applies published Nigerian tax rules to the figures you give it. Our tools and packs give estimates and schedules to help you file. Check them with your tax adviser before you file. You stay responsible for your returns.
Your account
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the documents you upload.
Payments
You buy a plan once, in naira, for 1, 3 or 12 months. Plans do not renew automatically. We email you before your plan ends. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Credits reset each month of your plan and do not roll over. Top-ups expire after 12 months.
Acceptable use
Upload only documents you have the right to share. No fraud, no fake receipts and no attempts to break or overload the service.
Liability
We work to keep Rekod accurate and available, but we provide it as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We tell you by email before changes that affect you take effect.
Law
These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Abuja handle disputes.
